Spinach poha is a very simple recipe which can be made in less then 10 minutes barring the soaking time and it is a full meal for your baby. We are going to use poha or beaten rice also known as avalakki/ aval or chivda in different languages. It is a staple all across India and is found in every kitchen pantry from North to South and East to West.

Poha is very easy to cook and gets prepared very fast. Poha is usually found in two forms, thick poha or thin poha. Thick poha is generally used in making cooked poha, while the thin variety of poha is usually just socked and mixed with various things like milk, curd and fruit and eaten as a breakfast or snack item.

We shared poha recipes for baby, where we shared four was to make baby food using poha.
