Spinach poha recipe for baby – I have been getting so many requests for new baby food recipes and I know that our readers love them the most. I am working very hard on our Youtube channel and I record and publish 3 new videos every week, which might sometime mean, there are not enough updates on ShishuWorld. Our channel has been growing at a phenomenal pace and we clocked out first million views earlier this month. We also reached the 5000 subscriber mark at the same time and I love the kind of feedback and love, that all the ShishuWorldians have been sending our way.
So, I shared this Spinach Poha recipe a few weeks back and I shared it on our Facebook page too. Unfortunately, many readers have trouble watching the videos due to bandwidth issues, so I decided to share this Spinach Poha recipe here on the blog too.
Spinach poha is a very simple recipe which can be made in less then 10 minutes barring the soaking time and it is a full meal for your baby. We are going to use poha or beaten rice also known as avalakki/ aval or chivda in different languages. It is a staple all across India and is found in every kitchen pantry from North to South and East to West.
Poha is very easy to cook and gets prepared very fast. Poha is usually found in two forms, thick poha or thin poha. Thick poha is generally used in making cooked poha, while the thin variety of poha is usually just socked and mixed with various things like milk, curd and fruit and eaten as a breakfast or snack item.
We shared poha recipes for baby, where we shared four was to make baby food using poha.
Today we are going to use thick poha and we will combine it with spinach to make a healthy and wholesome lunch recipe for baby. This recipe can be made and given to babies who are 7 months and above.
