Here is a healthy, protein rich and yummy cheela/chilla made of moong dal or yellow lentils, which will be loved by not just kids but adults too. This is also a good variation from besan cheela

Moong Dal cheela

Ingredients
1/2 cup yellow moong dal
1/2 cup green split moong dal
salt for taste
ghee.

Recipe
1) Mix both dals , wash and soak it in water for 2 hrs.
2) After two hrs grind it like dosa batter.
3) Add salt in it .
4) Now heat the flat pan and spread the batter on it like dosa and cook it for 2-2 min from both sides.

Note :You can try this with only yellow moong dal too.

As per website no salt & sugar upto 1 year. For most of recipe salt is mentioned like besan chilla, Ming dal chills etc. Why So?
